"My subscription renewed without me knowing, how do I get a refund?"
When you sign up for the Starving Student Card, we visibly let you know that this is a subscription based product that renews every 12 months.
We do our best to inform you of your subscription renewal 2 weeks prior and again 1 week before the subscription renews.
What happens when my subscription auto renews?
When the subscription renews proceeds go again to whichever school, person, or sports group you originally supported.
Be informed all refund requests must be requested within 3 days of subscription charge. If not, proceeds are dispersed to the allotted student or group. At this point you can cancel the app from renewing the next year.
